Workinnl.nl does not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make it available in order to carry out our agreement with you or to fulfil a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with organisations and companies that process your data at our request, to ensure the same standard of security and confidentiality regarding your data. Workinnl.nl remains responsible for this processing.
 

Accessing, changing or deleting your data

You are entitled to access, correct or delete your data. You are also entitled to withdraw any permission you may have given for processing the data or to object to the processing of your personal data by Workinnl.nl. You are also entitled to transferability, which means that you can request us to send your personal details to you or to an organisation designated by you.

A request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, a request to withdraw your permission or an objection to the processing of your personal data should be sent to the Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment: privacyrechten@minszw.nl. The CPO will respond to your request as soon as possible, and at least within four weeks.
 

How do we protect your personal data?

Workinnl.nl takes the protection of your data very seriously and takes suitable measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted publication and unauthorised changes.
